A SEASON OF APPRECIATION

From December 10 through December 21, Path Resorts celebrated the season with our annual 12 Days of Giveaways, recognizing employees across all properties for their hard work and dedication. Each day, a $200 Amazon gift card was drawn randomly and awarded to a lucky team member, building excitement throughout the holiday season. The celebration wrapped up with a grand prize drawing on December 21 for a $500 Amazon gift card, making for a memorable finish. Thank you to everyone who helped organize and participate, initiatives like this highlight the strong culture of appreciation and teamwork that define Path Resorts.

🥫 RECORD-BREAKING FOOD DRIVE

This year, Path Resorts proudly reached a new milestone with our annual food drive, bringing employees across all properties together to support our local communities. Team members donated an incredible 886 nonperishable food items and in keeping with our tradition, Path matched every item. With additional bulk purchases, the final total climbed to 1,772 donated food items, making this our largest food drive to date! Donations were divided between Breaking Bread Food Pantry in Moultonborough and First Fruits Food Pantry near Steele Hill, helping support families throughout the season. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed, organized and helped spread the word, your generosity truly reflects the heart of the Path community. 2025 VACATION SWEEPSTAKES

This year’s Path Resorts Vacation Sweepstakes once again demonstrated the incredible impact our community can make when we come together for a greater purpose. In support of the Greater Lakes Region Children’s Fund, we raised $4,003, surpassing our goal and building on last year’s success, with 108 donors and 11,713 entries sold. One hundred percent of donations went directly to the Children’s Fund, helping fund vital programs for children and families throughout the Greater Lakes Region. We were proud to award four Path Resorts gift card prizes, including the $1,885 grand prize, and congratulate all of this year’s winners. Thank you to everyone who promoted and supported the campaign, your generosity continues to strengthen our community in meaningful ways.

PATH EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

For more than two decades, Dave O’Toole has been a steady and dedicated presence at Path Resorts. Since officially joining the team in 2001, Dave has played a vital role in maintaining the quality and care our properties are known for. As Head Supervisor of the Maintenance Team at Steele Hill, he leads with experience and a deep understanding of the resort’s history and operations. From overseeing projects to supporting his team behind the scenes, Dave’s leadership helps ensure our guests enjoy a safe and seamless stay. His long-standing commitment and pride in his work make him an invaluable part of the Path Resorts family and we’re proud to recognize him this quarter.

Get to know Dave

Q: When did you join Path Resorts and what is your role here?

A: I officially joined in 2001 after coming from the Valley Inn when it was under Bill’s ownership. I am the Head Supervisor of the Maintenance Team at Steele Hill Resort.

Q: What’s one hidden gem you think guests should check out, either on property or in the region?

A: For families, I recommend hiking Rattlesnake Mountain. It’s about a 30-minute hike with great views. After that, stopping by the Squam Lakes Science Center is a must, they have some really cool animals there.

Q: What’s a hobby or interest you enjoy outside of work?

A: Frankie gave me a street bike, so I’m looking forward to getting back into riding this year. 

Q: What’s one food you could eat every day and never get tired of?

A: Definitely pasta!
