PATH RESORTS FOOD DRIVE SUCCESS

Thank you to everyone who contributed to our 2024 Food Drive! With your generosity, we collected 466 nonperishable food items, and Path Resorts matched every donation, bringing the total to 932 items. An additional $100 donation allowed us to surpass 1,000 items, all benefiting the Breaking Bread Food Pantry. Your support is making a real difference for local families in need this winter. We also want to congratulate our raffle winners—Elizabeth Clarke, Nancy Stephens, and Sara Litteri! We appreciate everyone who helped make this year’s food drive a success!

For the past seven years, Nancy Stephens has been a vital part of the Path Resorts team as our Accounts Payable Accountant. With her keen attention to detail and dedication to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, Nancy has played a key role in ensuring the financial side of our operations stays on track. Known for her reliability, kindness and positive attitude, she’s always ready to help where needed. As she looks ahead to her upcoming retirement, we’re excited to celebrate her contributions and get to know more about the person behind the numbers!

Get to know Nancy

Q: How long have you been working with the Path Resorts team?

A: Just about six years! Funny enough, my connection to Path Resorts goes back even further—I actually worked here at Steele Hill when I was 17, taking guests on horseback rides at the barn, which is now the Carriage House! 

Q: What’s something you’ve learned in your role that has stuck with you?

A: Flexibility – I started right before COVID, and adapting to constant changes was essential, especially while learning new job processes. Teamwork – I’ve had the privilege of working with such a supportive team, and that collaboration has made all the difference. And most importantly, appreciation – management has always looked out for me, and I’ve felt truly valued as part of the Path Resorts family.

Q: A little birdy told us you are retiring soon, congratulations! What are you most looking forward to in this next chapter?

A: Yes, I am retiring in July! I’m most excited for a lot of camping—including cross-country camping, a trip to Nova Scotia and plenty of hiking. I also plan to enjoy more motorcycle adventures while camping and spending lots of quality time with my granddaughter! 

Q: What’s your dream concert lineup?

A: Cage the Elephant, Fleetwood Mac, U2, Goose and Steely Dan—now that would be an unforgettable show!
