As we head into the heart of summer, there is plenty to celebrate across Path Resorts. The second quarter brought another busy stretch for our teams, from preparing our properties for the summer season to welcoming guests, recognizing standout employees and celebrating achievements across the company. This edition of The Path to Success highlights some of the people, events and accomplishments that helped make Q2 memorable, and as always, we thank everyone across Steele Hill Resort, Summit Resort, Center Harbor Inn and Path Vacations for the hard work, teamwork and dedication you bring to Path Resorts every day.

CELEBRATING TWO BIG WINS

Path Resorts is proud to celebrate two exciting honors in the 2026 Best of the Lakes Region awards! Steele Hill Resort earned Gold for Best Hotel, while Center Harbor Inn received Silver for Best Romantic Getaway. These awards are a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our employees, whose hospitality, attention to detail and commitment to our guests help make each property a memorable place to stay. Thank you to everyone across our teams who helped make these recognitions possible!

CELEBRATE THE END OF SUMMER WITH US

Our next Path Resorts Employee Appreciation Party is coming up on Tuesday, September 22! Join us as we celebrate the end of another great summer season and thank our team for all of the hard work that made it possible. We’re looking forward to bringing everyone together for an evening of great food, games, raffles and fun with coworkers from across the Path Resorts family. More details will be shared soon, but for now, be sure to save the date!

BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT IS NOW LIVE

Path Resorts’ 2026–2027 Benefits Open Enrollment is now underway and runs through August 23, 2026. This year, Path Resorts is transitioning medical coverage to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Hampshire, along with several benefit enhancements designed to improve the overall value of employee coverage. All eligible employees are required to complete the enrollment process by August 23, even if declining benefits. Enrollment is completed through Employee Navigator. First-time users will need the Company Identifier Path2026 when registering. Please contact Human Resources with any questions about enrollment or your benefits.

PATH EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Nathan is an important part of the team behind the scenes at Path Resorts, helping keep our technology, systems and employees connected across the company. Over the past several weeks in particular, Nathan has put in countless hours helping our team navigate some significant IT and security challenges. We’re excited to recognize his hard work and give everyone a chance to learn a little more about the person they call when technology isn’t cooperating!

Get to know Nathan

Q: How long have you been with Path Resorts, and what does your role in IT involve?

A: I’ve been with Path Resorts for one year. As an IT Systems Generalist, I support users, set up systems and accounts for new employees, and improve existing applications, such as SharePoint-based tools.

Q: What is one simple technology tip you wish every Path Resorts employee knew?

A: How to secure your device.  Press ⊞ + L to lock a device before walking away.

Q: When you’re not solving technology problems, what do you enjoy doing outside of work?

A: Hot air ballooning, flying drones, video editing, and volunteering in the AV booth at my church.

Q: What is the most random skill you have?

A: I would have to say hot air ballooning, as it’s not a hobby you encounter very often.
