Two Path Properties Earn Lakes Region Honors

Path Resorts is proud to celebrate two exciting honors in the 2026 Best of the Lakes Region awards. Steele Hill Resort earned Gold for Best Hotel while Center Harbor Inn received Silver for Best Romantic Getaway. These achievements recognize two distinct Lakes Region experiences and reflect the continued support of our guests, Vacation Club members and local community.

Set among the hills of Sanbornton, Steele Hill Resort offers a memorable New Hampshire escape for families, couples and groups throughout the year. Spacious accommodations, sweeping views and a wide variety of amenities give guests plenty of ways to enjoy their time together. From indoor and outdoor pools and seasonal resort activities to Vantage Day Spa and Hilltop Restaurant, every stay can be shaped around relaxation, recreation or a little of both. We are honored to see Steele Hill recognized with Gold for Best Hotel.

Center Harbor Inn provides a quieter waterfront getaway along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Lake-view rooms, private balconies, a private beach and a four-season outdoor hot tub create an inviting setting for couples to slow down and reconnect. Guests can spend the day relaxing by the water, exploring the shops and restaurants of Center Harbor or celebrating a special occasion surrounded by the beauty of the Lakes Region. Its Silver award for Best Romantic Getaway reflects the warm and intimate experience the inn strives to provide.

These honors would not be possible without the dedicated employees who bring each property to life. Their hospitality, attention to detail and commitment to creating welcoming stays are at the heart of every Path Resorts experience.

Thank you to everyone who voted for Steele Hill Resort and Center Harbor Inn this year. We are proud to have both properties recognized among the Best of the Lakes Region and look forward to welcoming guests for many more memorable New Hampshire getaways.
